4. Consultation Services

Booking and Payment

• Consultations are £80 per session, payable upon completion
• Appointments should be booked in advance
• We accept various payment methods

Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Late cancellations may incur a fee
• No-shows may be charged the full consultation fee

5. Academy Training

The Statera Academy provides training in detoxification therapy. By enrolling:

• You agree to the course fee of £1,142
• Access to online materials is provided via Thinkific
• Practical training sessions must be attended as scheduled
• Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all requirements

Refund Policy

Refunds for academy courses are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of enrollment if you wish to discuss a refund.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is the property of Statera IKP and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
