Returns & refunds

All sales are final

Our products are sealed, consumable food supplements and health products. For hygiene, safety and quality reasons we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, or for items ordered in error, once an order has been dispatched. Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right. Email info@stateraikp.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund of the affected item(s).

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
