Our products

The MARION range are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, consult your doctor or a qualified detoxification therapist before use.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — and will refund any payment taken in that case.

Prices & payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Delivery & returns

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our returns policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
