Course Handbook

For the purpose of these Regulations, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

• Statera Academy LTD — the organiser/provider of the Course.
• Student — a person who is at least 18 years of age.
• Course — Detoxification Therapist Training Programme consisting of a Theoretical Part and Practical Workshops.
• Regulations — these Regulations, available at www.stateraikp.co.uk/course-handbook.

• Through the Thinkific platform, Statera Academy LTD provides the opportunity to enable the student to register on the Thinkific platform and create an account, purchase and use the Course.
• The Regulations define the terms and conditions of participation in the Course, as well as the rights and obligations of Statera Academy LTD and the Student.
• To use the Thinkific platform, it is not necessary for the student’s computer or other device to meet special technical conditions. Sufficient are:
  • A terminal device with Internet access and a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox in the latest version or two backwards;
  • An active electronic mail account (e-mail);
  • Cookies enabled.
• Statera Academy LTD is not responsible for any difficulties in using the service resulting from incorrect configuration of the student’s software or hardware or resulting from problems with the student’s hardware or Internet connection.
• The student should not purchase a Course anonymously or under a pseudonym.
• It is prohibited, when using any platform belonging to Statera Academy LTD, to provide content of an unlawful or offensive nature.

• Purchasing a Training Course on the Thinkific platform is tantamount to accepting these Regulations.
• Payment for the Training Course can be made using the payment methods available on the website.
• After purchase of the Training Course, the Student will receive these Terms and Conditions together with attachments no. 1 & no. 2 at the e-mail address used for registration on the Thinkific platform.
• A breakdown of the costs for the Training Course is given in Appendix 1, “Price List”.
• The student who takes part in the Training Course is obliged to behave in a manner consistent with the law, the Regulations and good manners, and in particular:
  • The student undertakes to secure and take care of confidential data, such as the password to access the account on the Thinkific platform.
  • The student undertakes no actions that could destabilise the operation of the services of Statera Academy LTD, or that could in any way impede the use of the Thinkific platform by other Students.
  • The student undertakes no attempt to gain access to resources to which he/she is not entitled. The use of automated tools that send data to or retrieve data from Statera IKP Ltd servers is not permitted.

• The theoretical part of the Training Course is published on the Thinkific learning platform.
• With the purchase of the Training Course, the student will receive access to the theoretical part of it on the Thinkific platform with all training material for an indefinite period.
• The student is obliged to study the theoretical material on his/her own.

• The Practical Workshops of the Training Course include:
  • “Face to Face” practical workshops;
  • Online webinars;
  • Issuing of the Detoxification Therapist Certificate.
• The timetable for the practical workshops is detailed in Appendix 2, “Workshop Timetable”.

• Statera Academy LTD instructs the student that the contents of the Training Course (products, digital content, text material, graphic and photo material) are protected by copyright and that the copyright is reserved and vested in Statera Academy LTD.
• Unauthorised distribution of such content or material may result in civil or criminal liability.

• The student who has purchased the Training Course has the right to withdraw from the Training Course without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The right to withdraw from the purchase of the Training Course does not apply to digital content delivered which is not recorded on a tangible medium. Therefore, the Theoretical part of the course cannot be refunded.
• To cancel a purchase, the student must inform Statera Academy LTD of his/her decision to cancel the Training Course in writing, for example by sending an email to info@stateraikp.co.uk.
• In the case of cancellation of the Training Course, Statera Academy LTD will refund the payment for the part of the Practical Workshop to the student no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation information.
• The refund will be made using the same payment methods that were used by the student in the original transaction, unless the student expressly agreed to a different solution.

• Every student has the right to lodge a complaint.
• All complaints must be submitted to Statera Academy LTD at info@stateraikp.co.uk.
• All complaints will be dealt with by the company on an ongoing basis.
• A reply to the complaint will be sent to the student at the contact given when submitting the complaint.

• The administrator of the student’s personal data is Statera Academy LTD.
• The personal data is processed for the purpose of servicing the student’s account.
• Details regarding the processing of personal data and the use of cookies can be found in the Privacy Policy available at stateraikp.co.uk.

• Statera Academy LTD reserves the right to introduce and cancel offers, promotions and price changes without prejudice to the rights acquired by the student.
• Statera Academy LTD reserves the right to temporarily block access to the Thinkific platform to carry out maintenance work.
• Statera Academy LTD reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions apply from 30.06.2025.

• All changes to the Regulations shall become effective upon their posting on the website of the Training Course, unless otherwise specified.
• After the publication on the Training Course webpage or in other places designated for this purpose of information about changes to the Regulations, the Student must immediately familiarise himself/herself with the changes. Continued use of the Thinkific platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of the new content of the Regulations by the Student.
